Our standard kits typically include a high-density XPS foam tray with pre-formed slopes, a waterproof tanking membrane, a high-flow drainage system, and specialized sealing tape to ensure a 100% watertight finish.
Can I install these shower trays on a wooden floor?
Yes, our wetroom trays are designed for both concrete and timber floor installations. For wooden floors, we recommend using our floor reinforcement kits to ensure complete stability before tiling.
How long does delivery take for oversized items?
Most shower trays and glass screens are shipped via specialized couriers. Delivery typically takes 2-4 working days. You will receive a tracking link and a delivery window notification once your order leaves our warehouse.
Do I need to hire a professional for installation?
While our kits come with comprehensive DIY instructions, we strongly recommend hiring a qualified plumber or wetroom specialist to ensure the drainage and tanking are perfectly sealed to prevent long-term water damage.
What is your return policy for unused items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all standard-sized items, provided they are in their original packaging and have not been installed. Please note that custom-cut trays or bespoke glass panels are non-returnable.
Are your wetroom trays compatible with underfloor heating?
Absolutely. Our XPS foam trays have excellent thermal insulation properties, making them highly efficient when used in conjunction with electric underfloor heating mats.
