At Wetroom Shower Trays & Wet Rooms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bathroom transformation. If your order isn't perfect, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandising Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely package your wetroom components, such as trays or waterproofing kits, in their original boxes to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Shipping

  Affix the return label and send the package back to our warehouse via a tracked courier service; please keep your proof of postage until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the items are in resalable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
